Registrations for Wonderland are now closed. If you have registered but still need to amend or finalise your travel information, you can access your registration profile at any time.
Check in is Tuesday November 22nd and check out Thursday, November 24th.
Accommodation will be secured at different hotels around Milan. Be informed that allocation of rooms will be random and no changes will be possible.
For your check in you will need to present ID and/or passport as well as a valid credit/debit card. Corporate AMEX is advised for those holding one.
Note that any mini bar or other room charges will need to be charged to your team and settled by you upon departure.
TRAVEL & TRANSFERS
Transfers will be arranged for everybody from all airports (Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo) as well as from the Milan central train station.
If you are travelling by car, please check your hotel’s valet parking costs as hotel parking charges can be high and any parking costs will be charged to your function/team.
Departure transfers will be also arranged for everybody and more details will be shared closer to the event.
For transportation around Milan, shuttles will be available as per event’s needs.

Wonderland’s entry and events’ tickets will be handed to you upon arrival at your hotel.

The currency in Milan is Euro and credit cards are accepted almost everywhere.
When it comes to mobile phone data usage, note that for participants coming from within the EU no roaming charges will be applied. If you are coming from outside the EU, be mindful of roaming additional charges.

We recommend layers and comfortable shoes. Dress code for all Wonderland days is business casual and for Wednesday evening we recommend that you bring your festival clothes with you!
